Refunds & Returns

Should you desire to return your item(s) you need to contact us immediately after receipt so that we can begin the process.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the RECEIPT of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

You must contact us before returning the items. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition, ie not worn,altered or washed,with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will not be refunded.

We require photographic evidence of a damaged product so that we can forward that on tot he manufacturer/supplier.

We do not cover the shipping costs of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling of shipping the exchanged items back to you.We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection,as we can not be responsible for lost shipments.Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable .



Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
- Any wearable item not in its original condition, (for example, a tee with deodorant on it), will not be accepted for return.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@uvalence.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@uvalence.com and we will work with you to complete the exchange.


Return Shipping

To return your product, contact us and we will advise where you will mail your product to.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping back an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
